Honeybush, grown in our own neighbourhood of Barrington Road. Not as wild a flavour as Rooibos with a natural sweetness which makes converting to hot drinks with no milk or sugar so much easier.
Caffeine Free and an excellent base for your ferment drinks, ice teas or just a plain "cuppa" with lemon.
