New Zealand Spinach (Pack)

New Zealand spinach should be blanched before eating due to its high levels of oxalic acid. The succulent-like leaves can be bit too prickly and acidic to eat raw, but we eat it raw in salads, without an issue. It probably comes down to personal taste and sensitivity.
