Garlic, a member of the allum family, has a strong pungent onion-like flavour. This variety is purple/reddish in colour with a strong flavour, suitable for roasting or adding to any of your dishes. Planted each year between February and April with harvest times around December, Scarabhill is developing products other than the fresh to keep us in garlic all year round.
